Minecraft Story Mode transports users into a five-part series of episodes, that follows the journey of your character Jesse, through daredevil adventures in the Overworld, Nether, the End, and deeper. This exciting store mode allows users to defy terrifying quests to obtain The Order of the Stone, and protect your world from falling into oblivion.
Graphics and Sound 4/5
The stunning graphics you’ve come to expect from Minecraft are definitely all there in the Story Mode version as well. A variety of thrilling adventures await through a variety of levels with twists and turns around every bend. The sound also adds to the suspense and mystery of what lies behind each corner.
In this 5 part series of episodes, users will guide their character Jesse through a quest of thrill-seeking adventures that take you to the Overworld, Nether, End and deeper into the maze. Gamers will seek to locate The Order of the Stone in order to protect their world from falling into the depths of oblivion. The Order of The Stone includes the Redstone Engineer, Architect, Warrior, and Ender Dragon slayers. In your initial search for Gabriel the Warrior a serious of unfortunate events presents you with a horrifying discovery that will alter your quest entirely. Users can continue the adventure into episodes six to eight, by purchasing the in-app download of the Adventure Pass. In-App products can range from $6.52 to $30.99 per download.
The Minecraft Story Mode app allows for simple swipe, scroll and tap controls to guide you through the levels for a user-friendly experience that is simple for users of all ages. However, the game info advises that it is best for users aged 10 and up.

This app is filled with plot twists and turns that will keep you guessing and hungry for more. However, once the levels are complete, users have to purchase the next levels with the Adventure Pass which they can purchase within the app. The fact that the developers continue to add new levels, paid and free, helps to add to the lasting appeal of this app.
The developers of this app state that it is for users aged 10 and up, however, some younger users can navigate with ease. Some users under the minimum age have difficulty with some controls and guidelines that pop up throughout the gameplay.
The Minecraft: Story Mode app gives users full control over their gameplay experience, and are the masters of every decision they decide to make throughout the story. Users have free control over what they say and do, making them the ultimate creators of their own story. This app supports Android devices 2.3.3 and higher, however, it is not compatible with some devices, including the Galaxy Tab 4 and under, Galaxy Mini S5 and under, Nexus 7 2012 and the Droid RAZR.
